For many months now, the Association has received numerous complaints about traffic problems in the area. Areas of concern have been parking in the morning and afternoon around
Edmondson Heights Elementary School, speeding vehicles in the area and in the alleys.

Therefore, the following Baltimore County link concerning traffic calming procedures has been added. If you know of streets were speed, etc is of a concern, please e-mail the Association or send us a letter. Please include the usual time of day the problem occurs, the nature of the problem and what you think might help eliminate the problem. One way you can help is to volunteer your time to assist the Association in a traffic study if problem roads are determined. Without your imput and assistance, the Association can not do anything. However, it is requested that you at least read the linked information from Baltimore County before you make any complaints and / or suggestions. Also please remember that the streets are public in nature and anyone can park any legal vehicle there. It is requested that you have the common courtesy to park only one vehicle in front of you home so that you neighbor may be able to do the same.

As a reminder NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLE over 3/4 ton is allowed to park in a residential community under Baltimore County Code.

Other County code issues concerning scooters, mini-bikes etc can also be located under Baltimore County Code

Also the Mass Transit Administraion is currently studying what the refer to as the red line. What the study wants to do is, to determine if either a subway, lightway, dedicated bus routes etc. can be added to the area. More information can be found here.
